Purchase Terms
Thanks for being here! Here's what to expect from your purchase, how to use your files, and how to reach us if you need a hand.
These terms apply to the 2027 Big Picture Year Calendar and the optional 2027 Ultimate Annual Planning Bundle you can add at checkout. Your purchase is with ADK Strategies, LLC ("we" or "us").
They work alongside our Terms and Conditions, which are part of your agreement. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your information. Where these purchase terms expressly differ from the Terms and Conditions, these purchase terms apply to this purchase.
You'll receive the files described in the offer when you buy. The 2027 Ultimate Annual Planning Bundle is included only if you add it at checkout. Please check your order summary before placing your order.
This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. You authorize the total shown at checkout, including the bundle if you add it, and any disclosed taxes. Prices are in US dollars. Your bank may charge currency-conversion fees. You won't be enrolled in anything else or charged again.
Your files are an instant PDF download. Shortly after your payment is confirmed, you'll get your download link by email. Please use an email address you can access. If the email hasn't arrived, check your spam folder or email us.
You can also get to your files anytime in the It's About Time education portal. If you don't already have a member account, you'll be able to create your login and password after purchase.
Because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless the law gives you a right to a refund or cancellation.
Something wrong with your purchase or download? Email us with the email address you used to buy and a quick explanation so we can help. These terms don't take away consumer rights that can't legally be waived.
Your purchase is for one person and for personal use only. You're welcome to print and fill in your files for your own planning. Please don't share, resell, or redistribute the files, or use them with clients, students, or teams. The materials remain the intellectual property of ADK Strategies, LLC and Anna Dearmon Kornick.
We'll use your email address to deliver your purchase and help with your download. When you buy, you'll also be added to our email list, where Anna shares planning tips, podcast episodes, and offers. You can unsubscribe anytime and still get help with your purchase.
Our Terms and Conditions cover everything else, including intellectual property, disclaimers, termination, and the law and jurisdiction that apply to any dispute. Please give them a read.
By checking the agreement box and placing your order, you accept these Purchase Terms and the linked Terms and Conditions. You confirm that you're at least 18 and can legally make this purchase.
